Family Office & Limited Partner Series conference at the Penn Club

Thank you ACG New York for another great Family Office & Limited Partner Series conference at the Penn Club last night. Great selection of speakers and always terrific moderator (Corey). My takeaways:

1. Bad Management never goes out of style...but still early for distress to grow in the marketplace.
2. When to invest in distress? Anytime you have a solution to a distress situation.
3. Private Credit and Non-Traditional lending is unregulated...if there are cracks in the financial system it may come from here. We don't know what we don't know.
4. AI and Robots are replacing workers...tax the Robots.
5. Feels frothy in the AI market...lot of spending to chase a goal.

AIAC is a family office that owns 84 manufacturing companies in 24 countries with long-term holds. Always interested in manufacturing carveouts and non-performing companies.
